BOOKING CONFIRMATION

The booking is confirmed with the payment of 30% of deposit of the total amount by bank transfer. The balance will e paid at the arrival.

PENALITIES AND CANCELLATIONS

From the time of booking, in the event of cancellation by the customer, will be applied (unless otherwise agreed) the following cancellation fees:

• up to 15 days of arrival no penalty;

• 15 to 7 days before arrival 40% of the deposit;

• 7 to 1 days before arrival: 70% of the deposit;

• the same day or in the case or not been informed of the cancellation of the reservation (no-show), the 100%
