The holiday farm “La Viola e il Sole” is nestled in the relaxing countryside of the Fermo hills and it is surrounded by a 24-hectare estate cultivated with cereals and olive trees. The accommodation is just a few km from the sea and from the region's main tourist centre and about an hour from the majestic Sibillini Mountains, popular with walkers and hikers. The holiday farm is also close to hamlets and cities of art. It is the ideal place to spend peaceful and relaxing moments in the countryside, far from the stress of everyday life.
The holiday farm offers 3 independent apartments, one room and a swimming pool. The swimming pool, 60 square metres with a solarium and a spacious lawned area, features a private bath, sunbeds and tables and chairs with umbrellas.
ABOUT US
I am Samuele and I have lived in London for 10 years: I was the owner of a typical restaurant of specialities from Le Marche region.My wife and I decided to return to Italy and devote ourselves to this new adventure, taking over the farm from my father Aurelio.
I take care of the farm and my wife Viola prepares delicious breakfasts and desserts with my sister Raffaella. You will also meet our little princess Maria Sole, two-years-old daughter. She loves the countryside and she likes playing with our cats and collecting fresh eggs from our hens.

It is a spacious room situated on the ground floor on the west side with an independent entrance. It is a perfect solution for a couple.
